I bought Nellie from Alfie Kerry to use in my riding school a few years ago. Alfie didn't breed Nellie but he owned her for some years during which he bred some lovely foals from her and did a fair bit of driving. Nellie's breeding is uncertain although we believe she has connors breeding. Nellie is just 13.1hh yet is very substantially built; I have not seen many mares with a front like hers. She is beautifully put together with very good paces and the kindest temperament.
